The Bruins men's soccer team return to Alumni Stadium Saturday night for a NCCAA DII South Region match against Trinity Baptist College. The Bruins and Eagles met three times in 2020, and the Bruins defense was able to hold them without a goal in all three matches while scoring 13 total goals in those three games. In their final meeting last year, the Bruins shutout Trinity Baptist College 5-0 to capture their first NCCAA DII South Region Championship in program history.

It's been a rocky start to the 2021 season for Trinity Baptist as they have gone 0-2 on the season losing 3-0 in their most recent game on September 9 against Warner University. They take on Toccoa Falls College in Georgia on Thursday before continuing their road trip to Greenville on Saturday.

The Bruins come into this weekend's tilt 3-1-1 after Victor Oladipo scored three goals Tuesday evening to help the team earn a big 3-1 victory over Huntingdon College.

Saturday's 7 p.m. match is free to attend and will be webcast on Facebook Live as well as on livestream.com/bju.
