The Bruins basketball team begins the second semester of the 2021-22 season on Tuesday night as the team battles Webber International University in Babson Park, Florida. This will be the first of three road games this week as the Bruins sit at 4-6 on the season.
The Bruins come into the games after Christmas break as the team closed out first semester winning back to back games over Oglethorpe University and Calvary University. Henry Blair led the way for the Bruins as scored 27 in the win over Oglethorpe before putting up 26 points in the win over Calvary as the team closed out the semester strong.
Webber International comes into Tuesday's game at 5-10 having lost three of their last four games. The team was able to snap a three-game losing skid as they edged Brewton-Parker College 66-64 on December 14.
The Bruins hope they can pick up where they left off to end first semester as they play Tuesday night. This will be the first-ever meeting between the Bruins and Warriors with tip-off scheduled for 5 p.m. in Florida.
