The Bob Jones University Bruins go on the road for their third NCCAA South Region matchup of the season as the men's soccer team prepares to play Trinity Baptist College on Saturday in Jacksonville, Florida.
The Bruins enter the weekend undefeated in conference play, having shutout Toccoa Falls College and Pensacola Christian College. Following a big 4-0 home victory over Southern Wesleyan University on Tuesday, the Bruins have extended their winning streak to eight games and are now 8-3-1 overall this season.
Trinity Baptist has only picked up one win this season, and that came on September 17 against Trinity College. Overall, the Eagles are 1-6-2 on the season.
Heading into this weekend Head Coach Greg Fulton said, "on the pitch we're looking for domination. We're looking to set ourselves up in the region and that we're here to win it."
Saturday's match will be the 14th meeting between the two programs with the Bruins owning the 8-3-2 series record. In their last meeting in November 2021, the Bruins pulled out a 2-0 victory to capture their second-straight region championship.
Kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m. from Jacksonville, Florida.
