The men's soccer program will open their 2022 season as they go on the road to face Concord University September 6 at 4:00 p.m. in Athens, West Virginia. This will be the first time the Bruins take on the Division II school.
Last year, the Bruins made program history as they finished 17-2-2 on the season and went on to win both the NCCAA DII South Regional Championship and the NCCAA DII National Championship, the first time the team has won both titles.
Looking ahead to the 2022 season, Head Coach Greg Fulton said that his team "will take each game one at a time. We have work to do and the guys are ready to do it."
The Concord University Mountain Lions are 0-2-2 and enter Tuesday's match on the heels of a 7-0 loss to #10 Davis & Elkins College on Sunday.
Tuesday's match kicks off at 4:00 p.m. at Anderson Field in Athens, West Virginia.
