The Bruins enter Friday's game 2-2 on the season through four regular season games played. On Tuesday, the Bruins faced NCAA DI Winthrop University in an exhibition match where Devin Pope led the Bruins scoring 17 of the team's 49 points.
Brevard College looks to continue their winning ways this weekend. On Tuesday, the Tornados held off Oglethorpe University's late offense to take the 71-68 victory and pick up their third straight victory.
Friday's contest will mark the second meeting this season between the Bruins and Tornados and ninth in program history with Bob Jones leading the series 5-3.
At their home opener on November 14, the Bruins welcomed the Brevard College Tornados to the Davis Field House where the Bruins secured their first win of the season in a convincing 91-72 victory. In that game, three Bruins scored double figures with Elijah Cupples leading the way with 26.
