The Bob Jones University men's basketball team is prepping for a big NCCAA South Region rivalry game as they continue their road trip to Florida to take on Pensacola Christian College Saturday afternoon.

The Bruins enter the weekend contest after falling in a 64-58 decision to Southeastern Baptist College on Thursday. It's been a standout season for the Bruins as they sit 14-4 overall and 8-1 in conference play. 

The Eagles snapped a five game losing slide with a 90-70 win over Toccoa Falls College on Thursday.

Saturday's game is sure to bring the excitement. The Bruins and Eagles met in the Davis Field House on January 19. That game came down to the wire, but a buzzer beater by Kenney Garrick sent the Bruins into the win column with a 64-63 victory over Pensacola Christian College.

Throughout the last 11 years, the Bruins and Eagles have met 19 times with Bob Jones holding the 11-8 series record.

Tip-off for Saturday's game is scheduled for 3 p.m. from Pensacola Christian College.
