Box Score The Bruins traveled to Newberry College where they fell in a tough match 4-0.

Right out the gate, the Bruins faced a lot of pressure on the defensive side. After a save by Bruins goalkeeper Luke Provenzano, the Wolves rebounded and found the back of the net to score early in the 7th minute to make it 1-0. Throughout the rest of the half, the Bruins did have several shots on goal but were unable to get it past the opposing keeper. The defense also held strong and went into halftime with a 1-0 deficit.

At the beginning of the second half, the Bruins were the first to get shots on the offensive side, but came up empty. The Wolves capitalized and extended their lead in the 52nd minute. After many substitutions from each side, the Wolves were able to pile two more on and get a 4-0 win.

The Bruins come back to Alumni Stadium this coming Friday to celebrate Senior Night and also their Ring Ceremony from winning the national championship last year. The match will begin at 8:00 p.m.
