The weekend is almost here, and the men's basketball team is back in action to close out a Friday night doubleheader at Brevard College. 

After back-to-back exhibitions, the Bruins enter the weekend with a 3-2 season record. The team's last countable game was on November 18 against Brevard College. In that game, the Bruins found their rhythm in a strong second half to defeat the Tornados 92-85. 

Since the November 18 meeting with the Bruins, Brevard College has gone on to win back-to-back games against Warren Wilson and Piedmont University to improve to 3-3 on the season.

Since 2018, the Bruins and Tornados have faced off 13 times with the Bruins leading the all-time series 7-5. 

Tip-off for Friday's game is set for 7:30 p.m. following the women's game at 5:30 p.m.
