The Bruins are back competing in the NCCAA DII National Tournament for the second season in a row. After they won their fifth region championship this season, the Bruins claimed their spot as the #7 seed in the tournament.

This season has been a big success for the Bruins as many questioned how good they would be after losing several key pieces from last year's squad. They have come together, especially in the second half of the season, and have become a special team. Since January, the Bruins are 11-3 and 7-2 in conference play. Both conference losses were by a single point. But the Bruins are going into the national tournament after winning five games in a row which included the south region semifinal and final.

The men's NCCAA DII National Tournament is all set to begin on Thursday, March 13 and is hosted by Crown College in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The seeding for the tournament is as follows:
  • #1 North Central University
  • #2 Spurgeon College
  • #3 Manhattan Christian College
  • #4 Crown College
  • #5 Grace Christian University
  • #6 Campbellsville University Harrodsburg
  • #7 Bob Jones University
  • #8 Champion Christian College
The Bruins' first game is also the first game of the tournament. They go head-to-head with the #2 seed Spurgeon College Knights at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the first time the two programs have ever met.

If the Bruins beat the Knights, they will be playing either #3 seed Manhattan Christian College or #6 seed Campbellsville University Harrodsburg at 6:00 p.m. on Friday in the national semifinal.

The national championship game is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 15.
