The Bruins are back at home inside the Davis Field House this weekend for back-to-back region games against two teams they have previously beaten this season. The Southeastern Baptist College Chargers come to town on Friday for a 7:00 p.m. tipoff followed by the Trinity College of Jacksonville Eagles on Saturday afternoon for a 3:00 p.m. tipoff. Both games will follow women's games against the same teams.

The Bruins and Chargers met all the way back in the beginning of the regular season on November 1 in Laurel, Mississippi where the Bruins won 87-68 where Justin Skelton led the team with 18 points in the win. The Bruins hold a 8-3 all-time record against the Chargers, and their last loss came in 2024.

The last time the Bruins and Eagles met was just a week ago in Jacksonville, Florida in a back-and-forth game. The Bruins edged out a high-scoring 94-84 victory with Justin Skelton scoring 33. The Bruins have won eight of the last 10 meetings between the two teams.

It is a busy weekend in the Davis Field House and it all starts tomorrow as Southeastern Baptist College come in for a double-header against the Bruins. Women's game tips off at 5:00 p.m. with the men's game to follow at 7:00 p.m.
