Box Score From the start, the Bruins had utter control over their region opponent Trinity College of Jackonville Eagles, and after three second half goals, came away with a convincing 4-0 win.

"I am really proud of the boys responding well from our last game," Head Coach Greg Fulton said. "We are growing and it showed for the majority of this match. It is important to set the tone in our region and the boys handled the pressure really well. We look forward to what will be our toughest test next Tuesday as we look to continue growing together and reaching our potential!"

The first half started with a bang for the Bruins in the first six minutes of the match. In the sixth minute, Jackson Reinhard forced a turnover on the Eagles back line. Bucky Provenzano gathered the ball and put it past the goalkeeper to give the Bruins a 1-0 lead. Even though the Bruins outshot the Eagles 14-3 in the half, they were only able to get the one. Those three shots for the Eagles came on counter-attacks in which Bruins goalkeeper Luke Provenzano made some key saves.

The offensive attacks continued for the Bruins in the second half giving the Bruins a total match shot count at 27. This half, however, the Bruins found the net three times. The first time came in the 57th minute when Noah Burkett buried a beauty of a free kick to give the Bruins a 2-0 lead. In the final ten minutes of the match, the Bruins tacked on two more goals to put it out of reach. Jackson Reinhard found Fiston Issa for a header in the box for Issa's first goal of the season. Reinhard then scored one himself just a minute later to make it 4-0. 

This was a great first step in getting back on top in the south region. The Bruins are on the pitch next at Converse University in Spartaburg, South Carolina on Tuesday.
