BJU Bruins Shooting Team 2018 (Hal Cook)

Dan Seibert

Dan Seibert assisted the Bruins shooting sports team as a volunteer sponsor from its inception in the spring of 2016. He officially became the assistant coach in January 2017, and eventually the head coach in September 2018. He is responsible for recruiting, training, and administration of the team.

After graduating from Bob Jones University in 1993 with his Master’s degree, Seibert served full-time at the University for ten years – holding positions as both a staff member and a faculty member. In 2002, Seibert left BJU for a local church ministry. He first served as a pastor in Pennsylvania and currently serves as the pastor of Northside Baptist Church in Greenville, South Carolina.

Seibert holds three graduate degrees from Bob Jones University. In addition, he is a private security officer, a private security firearms instructor, a certified SC Concealed Weapons Permit Instructor, and an NRA-certified Pistol Instructor, Pistol Coach and Chief Range Safety Officer.
