The Lady Bruins will play their final home match of the regular season on Friday night as the team welcomes Erskine College to the Davis Field House. The team enters the match at 7-5 on the season after three-straight wins last weekend.
The Bruins swept rival Pensacola Christian College on Friday night before recording back to back sweeps over Johnson University (TN) and Brewton-Parker College in a home tri-match on Saturday.
Erskine College is not playing a full fall season, and enters the match on Friday having played only one other match this fall. Ironically, it was against the Bruins on October 15 as the Flying Fleet defeated BJU in straight sets (25-20, 26-24, 25-12). Victoria Glaze led the Bruins with 9 kills in the match while Brooke Beaver finished with 8 in the loss.
With just three games remaining in the regular season, the Bruins hope to pickup another win on Friday night with tip-off scheduled at 7 p.m.
