Gameday Information
The Bruins men's basketball team is excited to get back on the court as the team welcomes Campbellsville University-Harrodsburg for the first of back to back home games this weekend. The Bruins and Pioneers last met on November 17 with Campbellsville edging BJU 90-86 in the Davis Field House. Hayes Brush led the Bruins with 21 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists in the loss.
The Bruins played their last game on November 24 before ending the first semester of play. After returning for the second-half of the season, a positive COVID test put the Bruins under quarantine guidelines causing them to cancel or postpone several games.
The Pioneers enter Friday's game at 6-6 overall, having won two of their last three games including an 84-78 win over Boyce College on Tuesday. The Pioneers have been led by a dual threat of Chris Rawlins and Tyron Duncan who are averaging 17.5 point and 15.2 points per game for the team.
The Bruins hope to begin the second-half of their season strong as they take their home court on Friday night. Tip-off for the game is set for 7 p.m.
