The Lady Bruins are looking for their first win of the season as the team is on the road on Saturday for a South Region matchup against Toccoa Falls College. The Bruins come into the game at 0-4 after suffering a tough loss to Carolina University on Tuesday night. Delaney Edwards led the Bruins with 12 points and 5 rebounds as a late comeback came up short in a 57-51 loss.
The Screaming Eagles enter Saturday's game at 0-4 on the season including a loss to Alice Lloyd College on January 9. The Bruins and Screaming Eagles have met sixteen times in their history with BJU owning a 15-1 record against Toccoa Falls.
Last season, the two teams met twice with the Bruins winning both matchups, including a 68-62 win over TFC on February 17 in Georgia. Four players scored in double-figures for the Bruins in the win.
