The Bruins basketball team will be on the road on Friday night as the team travels to Harrodsburg, Kentucky, for a matchup with Campbellsville University - Harrodsburg.
The Bruins come into the game on the heels of a tough loss on Tuesday night against Piedmont University as the team sits at 2-5 on the season. On Tuesday, the Bruins were led by Devin Dean who scored 12 points while Eli Cupples had 11 points and 6 rebounds in the loss.
The Pioneers come into Friday's game at 6-5 on the season. CU-Harrodsburg had their five-game winning streak snapped earlier this week in a loss to Alice Lloyd University.
The Pioneers have four players averaging double-figures in scoring this season with Chris Rawlins leading the way scoring 15.1 points per game.
This will be the third meeting between the Bruins and Pioneers. Last season, the two teams met twice during the season with the Pioneers narrowly winning in both games.
The Bruins will look to get back into the winning column as they hit the road on Friday in Kentucky with tip-off scheduled for 7 p.m.
