The Lady Bruins welcome Toccoa Falls College in a South Region matchup on Tuesday night at the Davis Field House. The Bruins come into the game on the heels of a game against Johnson University (TN) on Monday night.
The Bruins come into the game against Toccoa having picked up their first region win of the season after a strong 68-46 win over Johnson University (FL) on Saturday. The Bruins and Screaming Eagles squared off on January 23 in Georgia with Toccoa edging BJU 63-59, to beat the Bruins for the first time since 2014. Four players scored in double-figures for the Bruins with Shea Dickinson and Tamrah Konieczka leading the way with 13 points each in the loss.
In their history, the Bruins own a 15-2 record against Toccoa Falls including a perfect 8-0 record at home. Tuesday's game will also be Senior Night for the Bruins as the team honors four seniors who will be graduating this year. Team manager Monica Marchena as well as Gracen Ledford, Delaney Edwards, and Charsie Johnson will be honored during a pregame ceremony.
Tip-off for Tuesday's game is set for 5 p.m. in Greenville, South Carolina.
