The lady Bruins go on the road to open the 2021 regular season with back to back games as they take on two NCAA DIII teams in the North Carolina Wesleyan College Classic in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
The weekend begins with a 3 p.m. match against North Carolina Wesleyan College on Friday. This will be the first time the women's soccer team has faced North Carolina Wesleyan in program history. Friday's match will be the first game for the Bruins since their August 21 preseason loss to North Greenville University.
The Bruins will need to rest and recover quickly as they play their 2nd game in as many days on Saturday at 1 p.m. Saturday's match of the NCWC Classic has the Bruins facing Meredith College who is also a team that the women's soccer team have yet to face.
