Looking to continue their winning ways, the Bob Jones University women's basketball team is back home in the Davis Field House on Monday to welcome Warren Wilson College. This will be the first of back to back games against the Owls.
The Bruins are 2-3 coming into Monday's contest after winning their last two games. The women's basketball team made a statement in their home opener on November 19 with a 77-34 win over Regent University. In that game, four players scored in the double digits with Anna Layne Wylder leading with 15. Shea Dickinson was right behind her with 14 points and 11 rebounds.
After playing six games on the season, Warren Wilson is still looking for their first win of the year. On Saturday, they faced Methodist University where they fell 103-43 on the night.
The Bruins and Owls have met 14 times in program history with Warren Wilson narrowly holding the 8-6 record. In their last matchup on February 8, 2020, the Bruins dropped the game with a 69-57 decision.
