The Bruins volleyball team is back in action on Thursday night as the team welcomes Pfeiffer University to the Davis Field House. The Bruins come into the match on the heels of a 3-0 sweep over Toccoa Falls College on Tuesday night. With the win, the Bruins improve to 12-5 on the season and 5-0 in region play.
The Bruins hope to maintain their hot streak as the team carries their five-match winning streak into Thursday night to face the Falcons. Pfeiffer University enters the match at 4-11 on the season following a 3-0 loss to William Peace University on Tuesday.
This will be just the third meeting between the Bruins and Falcons with the teams splitting their season series last year. The Falcons defeated the Bruins 3-1 on September 30 before the Bruins roared back with a 3-0 sweep of Pfeiffer on October 28.
Thursday's match is the second of four home matches for the Bruins this week. The two teams will take the court at 7 p.m. in the Davis Field House in Greenville, South Carolina.
