The women's basketball is back in action after the Thanksgiving break this Tuesday evening. The Bruins will be traveling to Winston-Salem, North Carolina to take on the Salem College Spirits. After a tough start to the season, the Bruins will be looking for their first win of the season.

The Bruins and the Spirits have only one other meeting in their history. The 2018 matchup found the Bruins winning 86-67. Coming into this matchup, the Bruins are searching for their first win as they started out the season 0-3. After some much needed rest from the break, the team will be getting back the strength they need.

Salem College started their season 4-0 with wins over Warren Wilson, Trinity (D.C.), Agnes Scott, and Meredith. All four of their wins have either been away or on a neutral court. This will be their first chance to defend their home court this season. They brought in a strong recruit class with eight incoming freshmen to round out their team.
