The women's basketball team is back on the road this weekend with some more action. They first travel to Sewanee, Tennessee Friday for a rematch against the Sewanee Tigers at 2 p.m. They will then travel to Lookout Mountain, Georgia for a game against the Covenant College Scots.

The Bruins currently sit at 3-6 on the season with their most recent win coming against the Regent University Royals. The Bruins crushed the Royals in a 93-61 game at the Davis Field House. Anna Layne Wylder led the night for the Bruins with a season high 18 points.

Sewanee Tigers (NCAA DIII)
The Sewanee Tigers and Bruins have played once this season already and only one other time in program history. The series is tied 1-1 with the Bruins winning the more recent game 83-80. The Tigers currently sit at 1-7 on their season after dropping their third straight to the Bruins on December fourth. The Bruins are looking to add to their hot streak after winning three of their last four games. The two teams are scheduled for a 3 p.m. tipoff in Sewanee, Tennessee Friday afternoon.

Covenant College (NCAA DIII)
These two teams are scheduled for their fifth matchup. The series is tied at 2-2 with three of the four games being decided by three points or less. The largest margin was during the 2020-2021 season where the Scots outplayed the Bruins in a 70-51 game. The Saturday game is scheduled for 2 p.m.
