The Bob Jones University women's basketball team is back at home in the Davis Field House on Tuesday night. The Bruins are on the hunt for their first win of the season as they host the Meredith College Avenging Angels.
Following back-to-back losses over the weekend, the Bruins enter the week 0-4 on the season.
"We continue to learn and improve every time we're on the floor," said Head Coach Mike LeViere. "We've been covering a lot of new material. Sometime soon we will begin to operate without thinking and then the game will slow down for us. We're just going to keep working."
Tuesday's contest will mark the first ever meeting between the Bruins and Avenging Angels. The NCAA DIII program makes their way from Raleigh, North Carolina to Greenville 0-1 on the season after falling in a tough 104-49 decision against Guilford College on Saturday.
Tip-off for Tuesday's game is scheduled for 6 p.m. from the Davis Field House.
