The Bob Jones University women's volleyball team is in Joplin, Missouri as they begin their hunt for their seventh straight NCCAA DII National Championship title. After finishing the regular season with a 27-10 record and capturing the south region championship, the Bruins enter the tournament as the #4 seed.
The eight participants at the national tournament are divided into two pools of four teams. After three guaranteed pool play games, the winners and runners up from each pool will face off in the semifinals on Friday. The championship game will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday from Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri.Â

The #4 Bruins kick off pool play with a 10:30 a.m. match against #5 Manhattan Christian College on Wednesday. The Thunder and Bruins faced off against each other earlier this season where Bob Jones took the 3-1 win. Bob Jones holds the 5-0 all-time series record against Manhattan Christian College heading into the national tournament.Â
On Thursday, the Bruins will play their final two pool play games with a 10:30 a.m. match against #8 Grace Christian University before a 2:30 p.m. contest against the top-seeded Randall University.Â
Grace Christian University took on the Bruins earlier this season at a tournament in Gallatin, Tennessee where the fell to Bob Jones 3-0. The Tigers enter the tournament 17-10 on the season.
The Randall University Saints enter the tournament 22-3 on the season with a ten game winning streak. The two programs last met at the 2023 national tournament where the Bruins finished on top 3-0.Â
Looking ahead at the national tournament, Head Coach Vickie Denny said, "we are excited to get back to the national tournament this year and look forward for the games to begin. This is a great way to finish out our season and see how we compete against the best teams across the country in the NCCAA II volleyball."
