After back-to-back road games, the Bob Jones University Bruins are back home at the Davis Field House for a Saturday trimatch. The Bruins come into the weekend with two wins on the week as they sit 8-8 on the season.
At noon, the Bruins will face off against Welch College. The Flames are on a four game winning streak after picking up a 3-2 win over Oakwood University last Saturday. This will be the second visit to Bob Jones University for Welch College as they attended the BJU Volleyball Invitational last year. Saturday will mark the second meeting between the Bruins and Flames as the two programs met in 2022 in the NCCAA National Touranment where the Bruins swept the Flames 3-0.
Following the Welch vs Warren Wilson contest, the Bruins will be back on the court to face Warren Wilson College at 4 p.m. In only their second season of volleyball competition, the Owls sit at 2-10 on the year as they make the trip down to Greenville. The Bruins and Owls met twice last year with the Bruins taking both games in straight sets.
First serve on Saturday is scheduled for 12 p.m.
