The Bob Jones University women's volleyball team is back in the Davis Field House set to host their penultimate home game of the regular season on Tuesday at 6 p.m. against region opponent Toccoa Falls College.
The Bruins enter the week on a four game winning streak after defeating Washington Adventist University and Carolina University on the road last Friday. With their two weekend wins, the Bruins have improved to a 14-14 season record.
Toccoa Falls College makes the trip to Greenville 12-11 on the season. In their last three games, the Screaming Eagles have gone 2-1 beating Warren Wilson and Mid-America Christian before falling to Clinton College over the weekend.
The Bruins and Screaming Eagles met back on September 18 in Toccoa Falls, Georiga where the Bruins finished with the 3-0 sweep. Through their 10 year history, the two region opponents have faced off against each other 28 times with Bob Jones leading the all-time series 25-3.
As the Bruins look ahead to the post-season, Tuesday game plays an important role in their upcoming NCCAA South Region tournament and national championship.
First serve is scheduled for 6 p.m. in the Davis Field House. Bruins fans are encouraged to wear black as the team takes on their region opponent.
