The Bob Jones University Bruins return to the Davis Field House on Monday for a Holiday Hoops showdown as they host the Sewanee Tigers in a special Christmas-themed contest. Tip-off is set for 5 p.m. as the Bruins look to close out the semester on a strong note in front of the home crowd.

The Bruins fell to Columbia International University and in an exhibition against Brevard College last week to enter the week 4-5 on the season. 

Sewanee makes the trip to Greenville 4-3 on the season following a loss to Belhaven University over the weekend. 

Monday's game marks the fifth meeting between the Bruins and Tigers. Sewanee leads the all-time series 3-1 with the only Bruins win coming on their home court in an 83-80 decision in 2023. 

With several Christmas-themed games, including an appearance by Santa Brody, the Bruins look to take advantage of a home court advantage on Monday. There will also be a Christmas sweater contest on Monday. Fans can send a picture of them at Monday's basketball game to the Bruins Instagram page, and then fans will have the chance to vote for their favorite holiday gear.

Tip-off for Monday's game is set for 5 p.m. in the Davis Field House.
