The Bruins are on the road as they make the brief trip to Bridges Arena in Spartanburg, South Carolina to take on Spartanburg Methodist College in a mid-week match on Wednesday.

Following a weekend without games, the Bruins look to be well-rested as they enter Wednesday's contest. The Bruins are currently riding a three game winning streak which each win coming in a 3-0 sweep. Overall this season, BJU sits on a 6-8 record. 

On the other side of the court, the Pioneers are on a three game losing slide and sit at 3-10 on the season

Wednesday's game will mark the ninth meeting between the Bruins and the Pioneers with BJU narrowly holding the 5-3 series record. Last season, the Bruins lost at home before defeating the Pioneers in a five set thriller on the road.
