The Bob Jones University women's volleyball team is back in action as they travel up the road to face Spartanburg Methodist College on Tuesday. 

The Bruins (0-2) start the new week on the hunt for their first win of the season. Over the weekend, the Bruins faced off against Truett McConnell University and Point University. They fell in both competitions, but put up a good fight despite having limited players. 

On the other side of the court, the SMC Pioneers are looking to break out of a six game losing streak. Throughout their opening games, the Pioneers have only won two sets as they start their year 0-6. 

Across the last decade, the Bruins and Pioneers have met a total of ten times. Last year, the Bruins fell in both contests to the Pioneers to even the series 5-5. 

First serve for Tuesday's tilt is set for 6p.m. from Bridges Arena in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
