After beginning the season on the road for a couple weeks, the Bruins finally return home to Alumni Stadium to take on the Pfeiffer University Falcons in the 2026 home opener.

So far this season, the Bruins have only played two matches that count towards their record. They began their season with a match that wasn't completed due to inclement weather followed by a 1-1 draw to Meredith College the next day.

About a week ago on September 9, the Bruins traveled close to home to take on Southern Wesleyan University where they fell to a 4-0 loss.

Now looking at Pfeiffer, the Bruins have a good chance to get their first win of the season. In the all-time series, the Bruins have a 4-1 record dating back to 2019. When the two teams played each other last season in Misenheimer, North Carolina, the Bruins came away with a 2-0 victory.

The Falcons are coming to Alumni Stadium with a 1-1-2 record having tied their last two matches.

Alumni Stadium is all set for a showdown between the Bruins and Falcons tomorrow at 5:00 p.m.
