Coach Mills joined the Bruins coaching staff in 2015. He is primarily responsible for goalkeeper training and has been instrumental in helping the Lady Bruins develop and maintain one of the lowest goals against averages in the nation. 

Prior to coaching, Mills has several years of goalkeeper experience in high school and college. He is married to his wife Elizabeth and they have one child.
