Elisabeth Ennis

  • Title
    Assistant Coach - Women's Volleyball
Elisabeth Ennis played her high school volleyball at Village Christian School in Fayetteville, NC before beginning her college playing career at Campbell University (NCAA I) in Buies Creek, NC. While at Campbell, Ennis filled a number of playing positions including outside hitter and libero. She also played sand volleyball, participating in several tournaments. In 2007, she received NCAA DI UNCW Battle at the Beach All-Tournament team honors. While at Campbell, Ennis was also an Academic All-American. After her sophomore year, Liz believed God was calling her to transfer to Clearwater Christian College, an NCCAA DII program located in Florida for her final two years. She significantly contributed to the Cougars success by leading them to two NCCAA national titles and was selected twice to the national tournament team and was named a 2X NCCAA All-American setter.

After graduation, Ennis spent one year teaching kindergarten in North Carolina before attending Bob Jones University for her master's degree in counseling while working for the Dean of Students’ Office. With the announcement of Bruin volleyball beginning, the opportunity for her to help build the new program was clearly orchestrated by the Lord. Liz will work primarily with the setters of the newly formed Bruins team, but will also assist with overall practice, match preparation and recruiting.
