As the regular-season begins winding down, the women's soccer team is preparing for back to back home games this weekend. The Bruins are riding a program best 14 game winning streak as they come into this weekend's game after a 3-2 win over Warren Wilson College on Tuesday.
First up on the weekend is a game against NCCAA opponent Regent University. The Bruins traveled to Virginia Beach earlier in the season where the two sides met for the first time. The Bruins were able to pick up a 6-1 win over their NCCAA Division I rival. Friday's game against Regent University will also serve as a time to recognize the three seniors on the squad as they will be celebrated during halftime. The Royals sit 4-5 on the season heading into this weekend's game.
On Saturday, the women's soccer team will take on Trinity Baptist College for a 2 p.m. afternoon match. The Bruins haven't played the Eagles since 2018 where they shut them out 3-0. Trinity Baptist College will make a stop in Georgia Friday afternoon to take on Andrew College before continuing their trip up to Greenville. The Eagles are currently 3-4 on the season.
