Two Upstate sides will meet at Alumni Stadium Thursday evening as the BJU Bruins take on Southern Wesleyan University in a 7 p.m. clash.
The Bruins will look to continue their winning ways and make it 10 wins in a row as they come off of two 4-0 shutouts on Saturday and a 7-1 victory on Monday afternoon against Wesleyan College. The Warriors have only secured one win this season and after their 3-1 loss to Barton College on Saturday they are now 1-5-1 on the season.
Thursday's matchup will be the seventh time the two sides have met with each team winning three games a piece. In their last meeting in September of 2019, the Bruins came away with the 3-2 win thanks to a double overtime goal by Jenna Bishop.
Thursday's match is free to attend and will kickoff at 7 p.m.
