After two games on the road, the women's soccer team is back for their 2021 home opener on Tuesday, September 7 where they will face NCCAA opponent Columbia International University. The Lady Bruins had back to back games on Friday and Saturday and split the weekend with a 4-2 victory on Friday and a 1-0 loss on Saturday.
The CIU Rams come into Tuesday's game 3-0-0. In the six meetings between the two teams, the Bruins have never lost to the Rams with four wins and two draws.
Gates to Alumni Stadium open at 6 p.m. and kickoff for Tuesday's match is set for 7 p.m. The first 150 fans in attendance this weekend will receive a free Bruins soccer sticker courtesy of the Student Athlete Advisory Council.
