The women's soccer team goes on the road to take on Oglethorpe University Tuesday afternoon in Atlanta, Georgia.
Having faced several tough opponents, the Bruins have dropped their past two games including a 3-1 loss to Centre College. But after a week of rest the Bruins look to come out strong against the Stormy Petrels. Following their last match, Coach Carmichael said that he is looking for his team to increase their speed of play on the attacking side.
Oglethorpe sits at 3-2-1 this season. They are also coming into this game after a loss to ranked Centre College.
The two schools last met in Greenville last season as the Bruins came away with the 3-0 victory. Tuesday's game will be the sixth game between the Bruins and Stormy Petrels with the Bruins owning the 4-1 record.
Tuesday's game is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. from Atlanta, Georgia.
