The Bob Jones University men's soccer team welcomes NCCAA South Region rival Pensacola Christian College to Alumni Stadium Saturday night.
The Bruins are on a three-game win streak as they enter this weekend's contest 3-3-1 overall following three shutout victories. Most recently, they secured a clean sheet against NCAA Division II program Erskine College on Tuesday. The 5-0 win was highlighted by a hat trick from Rylan Boldt who now leads the men's soccer team with four goals on the season.
Pensacola Christian College continues their road trip with a trip to Greenville after playing Johnson University (TN) on Thursday. The Eagles are 3-6 overall this season and are 1-0 in conference play following a 1-0 win over Trinity Baptist College on September 24.
Saturday's match will mark the 9th meeting between the two schools with Pensacola holding the 5-3 record. The Bruins and Eagles last met October 2, 2021 in Pensacola, Florida where the Bruins brought home a 2-1 victory, the first time the men's soccer team has defeated the Eagles on their home turf.
Saturday's match is scheduled to kickoff at 7 p.m. from Alumni Stadium. A decision will be made and shared Saturday afternoon whether or not the game will be played due to potential weather conditions.
