The 2024 women's soccer season kicks off this weekend as the Bruins travel to Raleigh, North Carolina to take on North Carolina Wesleyan University and Meredith College on consecutive days.
 
The Bruins take on North Carolina Wesleyan University to start their season on Friday with a 6:30 p.m. kickoff. In all-time meetings, the Bruins are 3-0 against the Bishops with their most recent win coming last season. They secured a 2-0 victory with both goals scored by Mia Marks.
 
With no rest for the weary, the Bruins will take on the Meredith College Angels Saturday with an 11:00 a.m. kickoff. The Bruins are 1-1-1 all time against the Angels with a 0-0 draw in their most recent meeting.
 
The Bruins women's soccer team will start their regular season after a couple preseason games that helped find their rhythm. They fell 3-0 in a hard-fought game at Anderson University followed by a more relaxed scrimmage win against Carolina Christian College.
 
Kickoff for Friday's season opener is at 6:30 p.m. followed by an 11:00 a.m. start on Saturday in Raleigh, North Carolina.
