After a brief break, the Bruins were back on the court against the University of Toccoa Falls.

In the final frame, it remained close throughout the first half. Soon, the Bruins found themselves down by just two points, 17-15. The Screaming Eagles didn't allow the Bruins to score any more as they wrapped up the set 25-15 to complete the sweep.

Following the game, Head Coach Anthony Bennett shared his thoughts, saying, "we battled really well in our first match and saw a lot of improvement from the last time we saw BUF. Throughout both matches, we put ourselves in decent situations but weren't aggressive on offense and couldn't put the ball away when it mattered most."

He continued, saying, "we weren't at our best throughout the day, and we're eager to improve going into next week. We're hoping to rest up and heal over the next couple days, as we're still battling quite a few injuries. Always proud of our girls no matter what the result on the court is!"

Up next , the Bruins travel to Tennessee to face off against Crown College for their first ever meeting.
