Coming into the weekend on a six-game winning streak, the Bob Jones University men's soccer team prepares to take on Regent University Saturday evening for Homecoming at Alumni Stadium in Greenville, South Carolina.
It's been a busy week for the Bruins as they look to close out the weekend with their fourth game in seven days. Thursday night, the Bruins made the trip to Asheville, North Carolina and came home with the 3-1 win.
Regent University sits at 1-7 on the season so far with their most recent result coming as a 1-8 loss at William Peace University on September 29. The Royals will take on Toccoa Falls College Friday evening before making the trip up to Greenville.
In their first and only meeting on October 5, 2021, the Bruins put away five goals in each half to earn a 10-0 shutout victory over the Royals.
Saturday's Homecoming game is scheduled to kickoff at 7 p.m. from Alumni Stadium. Following the match, there will be a free fireworks show.
