After a tough loss to Toccoa Falls College Tuesday night, the Bruins are on the road for a rematch as they take on the Screaming Eagles once again Thursday night in Toccoa Falls, Georgia. The Bruins enter the NCCAA South region showdown 9-10 on the season and 2-2 in region play.
In Tuesday's loss to the Screaming Eagles, head coach Mike LeViere said that "there were flashes of good things on the court, but overall it was a poor performance and we have to bounce back from that." Bethany Daulton led the Bruins with 19 points in the loss.
Toccoa Falls improved to 15-6 on the season and 5-1 in conference play following Tuesday's game. Throughout the 2022-23 season, the Screaming Eagles have only lost two of their eight home games.
Thursday will mark the 23rd time in program history that the two teams have met with the Bruins winning 18 of the last 22 games.
Tip-off for Thursday's game is scheduled for 5 p.m. in Toccoa Falls, Georgia.
