The Bruins baseball team is back in action Tuesday afternoon as they go on the road to face NCCAA opponent Columbia International University. BJU enters the week with a 3-20 record after falling to Milligan University last week in a Friday doubleheader.
Over the weekend, CIU traveled to North Carolina to face St. Andrews University. After dropping their first two games of the series, the Rams closed out the weekend with a 17-12 win over the Knights. CIU enters the week 9-22 on the season and have a 5-7 record at home.
In an exciting game at Fluor Field on March 14, the Bruins rallied to beat the Rams 9-8 and earn their first ever win against CIU. Tuesday's game will mark the seventh meeting between the two teams as the Bruins look to secure another win against their South Carolina opponent.
