The Bruins baseball team welcomes Columbia International University for a home doubleheader on Tuesday afternoon at Conestee Park in Greenville, South Carolina. The Bruins were scheduled to play a weekend series against Covenant College but the games were canceled due to weather.
The Bruins come into Tuesday's games at 0-2 on the season after back to back losses to Montreat College in their inaugural games. Zach Burk led the Bruins with four hits and four RBI's in the opener.
Columbia International enters Tuesday's games at 7-5 on the season. The Rams are in the midst of a hot streak as the team has won seven straight games including sweeping Kentucky Christian University over the weekend in Columbia, South Carolina.
First pitch for Tuesday's doubleheader is scheduled for 1 p.m.
