The Bruins baseball team will be back in action this weekend as the team welcomes Toccoa Falls College to Conestee Park for a three-game series. The Bruins come into the game on the heels of their first victory in program history as the team defeated Johnson University (TN) 5-3 on March 20. Riley Ramsey drove in a three-run double in the 4th inning while Ethan Rogers pitched four innings of shutout relief in the win.
Toccoa Falls enters the weekend series at 9-14 on the season after a loss to Truett-McConnell University on March 23. The Bruins and Screaming Eagles met earlier this season in Georgia with TFC sweeping BJU in three games (9-0, 8-2, 18-9).
The two teams will begin the series on Friday night with first pitch scheduled for 6 p.m. in Greenville, South Carolina.
