The beach volleyball team closes out their inaugural season with a four-match weekend up in Pinehurst, North Carolina.
The Bruins come into their final matches 3-10 on the season. After falling to Spartanburg Methodist College 2-3 in both of their previous meetings, the Bruins will look to flip the score on Saturday to pick up a win against the Pioneers. Bob Jones will open the weekend against Spartanburg Methodist at 2 p.m. on Friday and will close out their season with a noon dual on Saturday against the Upstate school.
In between the SMC matches, the Bruins will play two duals against host school Sandhills Community College with a 4 p.m. match on Friday and a 10 a.m. game on Saturday. In only their second beach volleyball season, the Flyers fell 5-0 in their two opening matches to St. Andrews University on March 22.
The Bruins look for a strong finish as they play Friday and Saturday in Pinehurst, North Carolina.
