The Bruins baseball team is back on the field Tuesday afternoon as they travel to Cleveland, Georgia to face Truett McConnell University.

After dropping three games to the University of Fort Lauderdale last week, the team comes into the week 3-17 on the season. The team looks to get back in the win column as they face a competitive Bears program. Truett McConnell enters the week 21-10 on the season. On their home field, they hold a 17-5 record this season. 

The two teams met earlier this season at the end of February where the Bears got off to a hot start. BJU worked to rally, but it wasn't enough as they fell in a 11-4 decision from Conestee Park. The Bruins have never won a game against Truett McConnell but are looking to break that streak on Tuesday.

Tuesday's contest is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. from the TMU baseball complex.
