The Bruins are back on their home field as they welcome Milligan University to Conestee Park on Friday
The Bruins began the week with a Tuesday trip to Cleveland, Georgia to face Truett McConnell University. Despite falling to the Bears, the Bruins produced nine hits and seven runs in the 15-7 loss. Bob Jones enters the weekend 3-18 on the season.
Milligan University won their last two contests against Union and Cumberland as they come to Greenville with a 18-14 season record. The two programs have met five times throughout the last two seasons with the Buffaloes leading the series 5-0.
The Bruins kick off the weekend Friday afternoon with a doubleheader beginning at 3 p.m. from Conestee Park.
