Five players on the Bruins men's soccer team have been given All-Region recognition by the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) for their performance throughout the season.
Defender David Issa, freshman midfielder Bucky Provenzano, and striker Asher Aurednik all were named to the All-Region first team and goalkeeper Luke Provenzano and captain Bryce Ramler were named to the All-Region second team.
"I am so proud of these players and the deserved recognition in the region," Head Coach Greg Fulton said. "We acknowledge these awards are impossible without the team and the dedication of each guy. Each one of these guys are so important to our team and we are so thankful for their leadership and dedication on and off the field."
David Issa, who the team calls "Tuso", has had a great season as the leftback for the Bruins. This is Aurednik's third all-region recognition in as many seasons, but first as a member of the All-Region first team.
Goalkeeper Luke Provenzano is the model of patience. He didn't see the field much in his freshman and sophomore season because the experience in front of him. This is his first all-region recognition.
