The road games continue for the Bob Jones University baseball team as they make their way to Lookout Mountain, Georgia for a weekend series against Covenant College. 

The Bruins enter the weekend with a 2-7 record on the season. Earlier this week, the Bruins were in Cleveland, Georgia for a single contest against Truett McConnell University. In that game, the Bruins played well but came up short in the 4-3 loss. 

Covenant College comes into the weekend 5-1 after sweeping last weekend's series against the College of Wooster.

Since 2022, the Bruins and Covenant College Scots have faced off in eight games. The Scots lead the all-time series 6-2. In their last meeting on March 16, 2024, the Bruins dropped game one of the doubleheader 3-2 before securing the decisive 4-0 game two victory. 

Friday's game is set to start at 2 p.m. with Saturday's doubleheader beginning at noon from Lookout Mountain, Georgia.
