Women's Soccer Unveils 2026 Schedule

The Bruins women's soccer team has released their 2026 season schedule as they look forward to their quest for a fourth straight NCCAA national championship.

"We have built another challenging schedule to get us ready for postseason play, and I am really excited to see how this team will step up and improve throughout the fall," Head Coach Chris Carmichael said. "We have an incredibly strong team culture and work ethic, and the players are getting the work done this summer so that we can play at the top of our game by the time preseason starts in August."

The preseason will begin with a scrimmage at cross-town opponent Furman University. This will be the third time that the Bruins go against the Paladins.

The front of the regular season is filled with several away matches in a row. The Bruins begin the regular season September 4-5 when they travel to Raleigh, North Carolina for the annual pair of matches against North Carolina Wesleyan University and Meredith College on back-to-back days. After that trip, they will travel to Harrogate, Tennessee for the program's first ever match against the Lincoln Memorial University Railsplitters on September 7.

After two more away matches, the Bruins finally have their first of eight home matches at Alumni Stadium on September 15 when they host Pfeiffer University.

The region opponents, Trinity College of Jacksonville (TCJ) and Toccoa Falls College (TFC), come to town in October. The TCJ Eagles make their visit to Alumni Stadium on October 10 for a noon kickoff. The TFC Screaming Eagles are the last opponent for the Bruins in the regular season on October 29 before heading into the region tournament.

"God has continued to bless the efforts of the team in so many ways, and I look forward to seeing how He will use each player for his Kingdom purposes both on and off the pitch," said Coach Carmichael. "The coaching staff is incredibly excited to kickstart our 15th year for BJU Bruins Women's Soccer. To God be the glory."
